  • REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: All orders are shipped with our Customer Satisfaction and Guarantee Statement! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we extend the invitation for you to return the merchandise in new condition and you may exchange it or obtain a refund for your order. You must return merchandise within thirty days of receipt. Also you must provide us with a notice of intent to return merchandise within 5 days after receiving the merchandise. Refunds and/or exchanges will be processed upon our receipt of your returned merchandise(s). Please e-mail us and instructions and an address will be given to you, concerning the return of your mechandise. Complete customer satisfaction is our primary goal, for without you we wouldn't be in business. You can be assured that we offer quality customer service.   • SHIPPING: Please allow 6 to 10 business days for receipt of your orders. Orders are primarily shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Other carriers utilized for shipment are: United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). If the shipping container ever arrives damaged, do not accept the package unless you open it in his/her pressence to ensure that the product wasn't damaged. If the product was damaged upon openning and you're still in the pressence of the carrier, have the package returned to us and we'll send you a replacement order. All shipments require a signature at the destination point to aquire a POD, Proof Of Delivery, no exceptions! If at any time you believe your order has taken too long for delivery, contact our office and we'll investigate it's delay. Also we can provide you with a tracking number and you can obtain the information via the carrier's website!

  • FREE GIFTS: We offer a free gift with every order! Occasionally, we offer a free gift along with selected items. For example, order a cookware set and receive an electric blender or other product. This does not effect the free offer, in the case of a free product offered along side another, you'll receive two gifts instead of the one. Gift certificates are often given as incentives for customers who purchase in quantity or customers who are repeat buyers. We are very customer friendly. Have A Pleasant Day!
